Charles “Chuck” F. Dusseau, 80, of Erie, MI, died Sunday, March 18, 2018. Born December 4, 1937, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Joseph P. and Mary M. (Stock) Dusseau. Chuck was a 1955 graduate of Central Catholic High School in Toledo. He was a self-employed farmer for 38 years and then worked for Fed Ex for 6 years. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Erie and the Knights of Columbus, Council 7413. Chuck enjoyed flying, holding a private pilot’s license for several years.
He is survived by his sister, Carol (Ward) Close. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Ernest, Norman, Raymond, Rolland and Paul Dusseau; sisters, Dorothy Thomas and Rosalie Lewis.
Visitation will be from 3-8 pm, Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am, Thursday, March 22, 2018, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2214 Manhattan Street, Erie, MI, where he will lie in state after 10:00 am.
